Pre-Installation
The interaction of remote devices with a central database needs careful planning – particularly in such areas as Permissions and Network connectivity. SMI can offer pre – installation advice and guidance based on previous installations

Installation
Telephone/on line support at the time of installation is offered by prior arrangement. This may be provided in the relevant time zone (subject to exact details)

Post Installation
SMI’s software products are covered by a three month warranty.At the expiry of this then an optional Maintenance Agreement can be taken out. A sample contract can be downloaded [42kb] - Click Here

Support is provided by an on line system allowing calls to be monitored and managed.

Customers under maintenance agreement will be provided log in details to allow the placing of calls.
