Prox
With over 250 million cards in worldwide use the 125khz Prox card is perhaps the defacto standard for an Access Control Card.
The CF form Prox reader manufactured by SMI allows the software products for both Mobile Identity and Mustering to be utilised by organisations with Prox card populations.

iCLASS
This “Smart Card” technology is the growing force in the identity card market – allowing users to do far more than just open a door. Using 13.56 MHz technology it is possible to not only interact with Access Control systems – but to store data on the card itself. SMI’s products allow the encoding and display on a handheld device of either personal data or images. A system allowing the mobile verification of a fingerprint template stored on an iclass card is currently under development.
